About me
I am a retired Day School teacher, whose chief passion is Holocaust Studies and Israel. I am a very tactile learner, and believe in all manner of projects that stimulate and arouse curiosity. I have been a teacher for more than 32 years in both a Day School and Supplementary settings and although I have taught 5 years of 1st grade and 1 year of kindergarten the love of my life is Middle Schoolers! I have also taught High schoolers and adults in a wide variety of topics in Jewish education. People can talk to me about having ADD and being a teacher and why it's helped me so much to be an empathetic, funny, passionate and caring teacher. Heck, people can talk to me abut anything! it's one of the main delights of being at NewCAJE. I'll miss the hugs, though!
